At MOH SDA our mission is “Growing together in God’s love to study and service to all.” Guided by this mission, our Community Outreach Ministry is committed to demonstrating Christ’s love through compassionate service, meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and families within our community.

Our Mission in Action
Through our outreach efforts, we seek to embody our mission by fostering growth in God’s love while serving others. We believe that meaningful service strengthens both the giver and the recipient, creating a community rooted in faith, care, and mutual support.

Core Initiatives
Feeding the Poor
We provide meals, groceries, and essential supplies to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Through regular food drives and community meal programs, we seek to alleviate hunger while sharing God’s love and hope.

Caring for the Sick and Shut-In
Our volunteers visit those who are ill, elderly, or homebound, offering prayer, encouragement, companionship, and practical assistance. These acts of care remind our community members that they are valued, loved, and never forgotten.

Community Engagement
We organize health fairs, clothing drives, and wellness programs designed to promote holistic well-being and strengthen connections within our community. By partnering with local organizations, we extend the reach and impact of our service.

How to Get Involved
Everyone has a role in advancing our mission. You can make a meaningful impact by:

  • Volunteering Your Time: Join our team to help prepare meals, visit the sick, or assist at community events.
  • Donating Resources: Support our ministry with financial contributions or by donating food, clothing, or hygiene items.
  • Praying with Us: Lift up our volunteers and those we serve in your prayers, asking God to bless and guide our outreach efforts.

Through study, service, and community engagement, we strive to fulfill our mission of growing together in God’s love while bringing hope, comfort, and tangible support to those in need.

“And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’” — Matthew 25:40 (NKJV)
